Artist Regulations

• Eligibility

  • Singers must arrive with their assigned role fully memorized in order to focus on artistic, musical, and stage work.

  • Pianists must arrive with the score fully prepared, allowing focus on musical collaboration and coaching with singers.

  • Selected artists must be fully available for the entire duration of the chosen program format (A, B, or C).

  • Artists must be 18 years of age or older on the first day of the program. There is no upper age limit.

  Travel and Accommodation

  • Travel and accommodation expenses are entirely the responsibility of the participants.

  • A limited number of host family accommodations may be available, subject to availability.

  • Participants are responsible for organizing their own transportation to and from the program location.

  Audition Process

  • Auditions are conducted via online application form.

  • Applicants are required to pay a non-refundable audition fee of €15 to send to:

    Applications considered only once the money received.

  • Selections are made based on video submissions.

  • Application deadline 31/05/26 for singers and 30/06/26 for pianists.

  Video Requirements:

  • Singers:

  Applicants are encouraged to submit an aria from the role they are applying for.

  If this is not possible, an Italian aria is preferred.

  • Pianists:

  Applicants must submit a video recording of excerpts from La Bohème:

  1. Beginning of Act 1 until page 13 (Colline's entrance) : play while singing Marcello's and Rodolpho's parts.

  2. Act 4 : instrumental excerpt of the « battle » p.246/247 until Musetta's entrance

  3. Act 4 : p.260 from number (20) Andantino mosso until page 269 included, while singing the vocal parts
